Ron Dennis has a successful track record of product development – from magazines to IT infrastructures to indoor soccer arenas.

Mr. Dennis was the creator, publisher and editor of Kush LA, a popular medical marijuana lifestyle magazine. He was responsible for the initial concept of a magazine that is now found in every legal collective and 7-Elevens in Los Angeles County, reaching more than 30,000 readers monthly. In September 2009, Mr. Dennis sold his majority interest in Kush LA for a substantial profit.

Prior to Kush LA, Mr. Denniswas president and CEO of WYMA, Inc., an advertising, promotions and publishing company. Mr. Dennis coordinated all sales, marketing, production, printing and mailing of Community Magazine, which is found in more than 100,000 homes per month. Mr. Dennis was responsible for developing new advertising acquisition strategies, increasing the number of active clients by 50 percent.

Mr. Dennis also created the Restaurant Hotline, a unique phone service that allowed consumers to be connected to every restaurant in designated markets for free. He was an executive-level contributor and part of a five-person team responsible for launching this venture-funded company that sold this technology to a larger organization.

From 1988 to 2007, Mr. Dennis was COO of Standfacts Credit Services,a mortgage industry credit reporting agency. While with Standfacts, Mr. Dennis played a key role in the company’s ranking as one of the industry’s best credit systems. Mr. Dennis ensured that all systems were available 24/7 with zero downtime in a complex technical environment with 50 workstations, 2 server locations, and multiple redundancies.

Mr. Dennis also was the builder & general manager of CHATSWORTH ARENA SOCCER LEAGUE, an indoor soccer arena. He served as one of the primary catalysts for starting up the facility. Mr. Dennis sold his majority interest in spring 2007 for a substantial profit.

Mr. Dennis graduated with a B.S. in business with honors from California State University Northridge, where he was a campus student leader.
